Tinker Toy was the smallest cat ever recorded. He measured only 7 cm (2.75 in) in height and was 19 cm (7.5 in) tall when fully grown.[1] He lived in Taylorville, Illinois with his owners Katrina and Scott Forbes.
He was smaller, weaker, and less developed than the 5 other kittens he was born with. Tinker Toy gained his title of being the world's smallest cat when he was 2.5 years old. He was a Christmas kitten, born on December 25th, and died in November 1997 at the age of 6.
